Genealogy at Newark Senior Center: 2014

About Us

The Newark Senior Center and the Senior Surfers Computer club co-host two genealogy groups that each meet once a month.

Come and join our monthly conversation about genealogy on the fourth Wednesday from 10 to 12 a.m..

Learn how to discover, preserve and share your family history and its treasures.

The group also shares successes and brainstorms solutions to problems.

Combined with the monthly computer genealogy session, there is much opportunity for family sleuthing success! To be added to our mailing list or for questions, send an email to nscgenealogy@gmail.com.

The Genealogy Online Research group meets the first Wednesday of each month from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. Specialists for this research are Tom Sutor and Becky Bennett. The computer lab is open following this session until 2 p.m. but without specialist support.

There is no advance registration for either group. You are encouraged to provide your email so you can received updates on meetings, topics, etc.
