After clicking the link for the type of form you want, the
form should load in your browser window. In the Adobe Reader toolbar (the
lowest of all of the toolbars at the top of your browser window), options for zooming
and printing are provided, among other things.
Note: We strongly recommend using the icons
provided by the Adobe Reader, rather than using your Internet browser's
printing option. If you use your browser's printing option, you may experience
unexpected results, such as printing a blank page or printing a distorted copy
of the image.
Family Search
Link to multiple genealogy research forms including forms
for timelines, censuses, and correspondence as well as family group sheets and
ancestor charts.
